Become an HBH
ambassador.
Help this movement travel farther, and shine while you do it. Lead a chapter at your workplace, school, or favourite café, spread joy among colleagues and isolated seniors, and pick up a portfolio piece your LinkedIn will love along the way.
An opportunity to shine.
Being an HBH ambassador is one part community organizing, one part creative project, one part résumé moment. All three are good for you.
Be the heart of your workplace.
You're the one who gets credit for organizing the meaningful thing this quarter. Leaders notice the people who organize, host, and make the company feel like a community. Become that person, without joining a single committee.
Spread joy among colleagues.
Ten of your coworkers will tell you it was the best afternoon they had at work that year. (We have the surveys to prove it.) The cynic in marketing will quietly become a regular.
Spread joy among isolated seniors.
One in three care facility residents goes a year without a single piece of mail. Your chapter changes that for an entire facility, every month, on a schedule, by hand.
A portfolio piece that's actually real.
A tangible thing to add to your LinkedIn, your résumé, your performance review, your grad-school app. With photos. With numbers. With actual people whose lives you touched.
Perks, accolades, and a marketing loop that works for you.

Quick answers before you apply.
Most ambassadors host one popup a month and spend about 3 hours total per event (planning, hosting, packaging). It's the lightest-lift lead role in any volunteer org we know.
Not at all. The cards are made by your attendees, not you. Your job is to host the room, run the prompts, and seal the batch.
No. There is no cost to apply or to run a chapter. You bring the space and the people. We'll coordinate the rest.
Absolutely. Many of our chapters started as a lunchtime thing the org later officially adopted. We have a one-pager you can show your manager if needed.
Six months minimum, but most ambassadors stay for years. You can pause for any reason, any time, without losing your badges.
