A team activity that
actually means something.
We arrive with supplies, prompts, and a plan for action. Your team makes handmade cards for isolated seniors. Two hours. Lasting impact. Zero prep on your end.
Real CSR.
Not a pizza party.
Employees want to experience a sense of purpose, not perks. An HBH activation puts them together in the same room, working with their hands, and creating something meaningful for someone who will actually receive what they make. A rare first-hand opportunity to create impact.
From request to mail call in four steps.

We plan together
A short call to align on logistics, room setup, headcount, and any accessibility needs.
We show up ready
Our team arrives early, sets up stations, and leads your people through the session. Session times vary based on group size. Our last corporate session ran 6 hours with a lunch break.
Cards reach real people
Every card is hand-delivered to a partner care facility. Mail call becomes the best part of someone's afternoon.
How pricing works.
We don't publish a flat rate, since a 30-person breakroom popup and a 500-person floor activation cost differently. For corporate activations we charge a supplies and logistics fee, with sponsorship options that can help cover delivery routes. Tell us your headcount and dates in the form below and we'll follow up with a clear quote within two business days, before you commit to anything.
The part that surprises people.
From the post-event survey, lightly edited for length.
Some called it therapeutic. The team was touched to be able to make a difference in someone's life.
We replaced one team-building event per quarter with HBH. Employee engagement has never been better.
I've participated in many volunteering activities. Something about card-making made me feel peace inside.

We don't have a flat rate. For corporate activations we charge a supplies and logistics fee, with sponsorship options that can help cover delivery routes, and the amount depends on your group size and date. Fill out the form below with your headcount and timing and we'll follow up with a clear quote within two business days.
Two weeks minimum. More notice gives us more flexibility on dates, room setup, and staffing, especially for groups over 100 people.
We host activations for teams of 30 to 500 people. If your group falls outside that range, mention it in the form and we'll let you know what's possible.
We're based in Austin and serve the Austin area plus select cities. Tell us your location in the request form and we'll confirm whether we can bring an activation to you.
It depends on group size. Smaller teams can wrap in under two hours. Our last large corporate activation ran 6 hours with a built-in lunch break. We'll size the schedule to your headcount on the planning call.
Your team makes handmade cards for isolated seniors in care facilities. We bring the supplies and card prompts, set up the stations, and lead the group through the process, so people just show up and get right to making. Every card is later hand-delivered to a partner care facility.
You provide the room and enough seating for your group, whether that's a breakroom, a conference room, or a full floor. We bring the supplies and set up the stations ourselves, and we'll walk through the specifics of your space on the planning call.
This is an in-person activation. Being in the same room, working with your hands, is a big part of what makes it land, so we don't offer a remote or virtual version. If your team is hybrid, talk to us about a date when as many people as possible can be in the room.
Yes. Accessibility is part of the planning call, tell us what your team needs and we'll set up the room and stations accordingly.
We provide sign-in sheets and a letter documenting volunteer hours, plus an impact report after every activation showing how many cards were made and roughly how many people were reached. No extra admin on your side.
Hello by Hand is an initiative of Artly World, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. The supplies and logistics fee covers the cost of running your activation, so it works like paying for a service rather than a donation, and typically isn't deductible on its own. If you'd like to add a separate contribution, ask your finance team to confirm deductibility, or write to us and we'll send documentation.

Tell us a little about your team and when you're thinking. No commitment yet. We'll follow up within two business days to confirm availability and talk through the details.
