Three small steps.
One handmade message
in someone's mailbox.
No special skills, no long commitment! We bring the instructions, prompts, and the route to a real care facility. You bring twenty minutes and a steady hand.
Handmade to hand-delivered.
Create.
Show up to one of our popups. Or host your own at your office, school, café, or church (wherever your people gather), and mail them to our Austin P.O. Box. Twenty minutes is all it takes.
Collect.
Cards are gathered, checked, photographed, and sealed. Each batch is stamped with our handmade postmark, a quiet signal to the recipient that the card was purposefully made by real people.
Deliver.
We hand-deliver cards to partnered nursing homes, memory care units, and long-term care facilities. Mail delivery becomes the best part of someone's afternoon!
From a craft table to a nightstand,
by way of real hands and big hearts.
Pick the one that fits your week.
No chapter or team needed. All you need is a pen, twenty minutes, and the willingness to say hello to someone you've never met.
A living scrapbook of the movement.
Popups, chapters, and shoutouts, tagged from cardmakers all over the country. Add your popup or mail-in and we'll add it to the archive.
Anything else you might be wondering!

No, truly! The most cherished cards are the simple ones. A short paragraph in steady handwriting, a stenciled flower design, a song lyric. Anyone can make a card, even people who haven't picked up a marker since middle school.
Residents of partnered nursing homes, memory care units, and long-term care facilities, many of whom rarely receive any mail. Recipients are coordinated with activities directors so cards reach the people who need them most.
For individuals and chapter groups who want to host their own popups, the only cost is supplies. Provide your own, contact us for a sponsored supply kit (availability depends on supply), or purchase one of our cardmaking kits with everything you'll need to host a seamless cardmaking session. For larger corporate events, we charge a supplies and logistics fee with sponsorship options that cover delivery routes.
